Excel programming for business reporting and forecasting

I run a small accommodation business with 3 Airbnb properties and I want a set of Excel spreadsheet templates setup so that I can enter the daily rate paid for the accommodation and it will feed into a dashboard that shows a range of outcomes. Basically I want to track profit, turnover on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and the also provide forecasts based on 80% occupancy. I also want weekly and monthly profit targets set so that after each day's actual rate paid is entered it automatically updates suggested rates for the week and the month so that I know what I need to charge to ensure I am making $200 profit per week. The dashboard should show weekly profit, cleaning costs, laundry costs
