I want to import financial variables into Metastock 15 from an excel spreadsheet. This requires developing a DLL application. Attached is an example of the excel spread sheet I want to import into Metastock. Basically I want to lift the financial variables in the spread sheet. So when I open my Metastock template file and check out a company, I want to also bring in my financial measures (like Alpha360 from the spread sheet etc which is a performance rating). I follow about 25,000 public companies globally. I have only one year of data for each firm so the spreadsheet has about 25,000 cases. Company names and ticker codes broadly match up from the excel spreadsheet and Metastock - there are some minor differences which shouldn't present major problems. For instance BHP-AU in the spreadsheet has a ticker code o [login to view URL] in Metastock.
