Looking for Experienced Excel Ebay and Etsy data entry/miner to create CSV templates for inventory

I need someone to help me scale my online business through bulk uploading our existing inventory utitlizing Turbo Lister csv and a provided etsy csv template. As stated in title, freelancer will be working with Excel, to create templates for eBay and Etsy to ultimately create a file ready to upload to both platforms. As this is a custom project, I will need to verbally communicate instructions, provide data, etc to the freelancer, so you must have a strong command of the english language and good communication skills and following instructions to a T, or the csv will not upload correctly. Project to be paid in milestones of tasks completed Welcome Entry level users as well who have knowledge in this area.
