Currently I have 10 active projects about to start and I need to connect with a reliable team that has the capabilities to do most of the drafting in AutoCAD and then I will review, put final touches, and submit to my clients. It is mostly smaller projects like kitchens, baths, home renovations, and 2,000-3,000 commercial projects. There are often times complex changes in terms of switch locations, outlet requirements, etc so I will need a team with great english that can pick up quickly on technical changes that are required. The work would need to take place using Dropbox folders that I send you and every file must be saved there on a daily basis as the work progresses. I need reliable workers that can start from my template CAD files and on their own create perfect permitting sets. If you have engineers on staff that can do structural and mep as well that is something I would be interested in. Send me more information on your company, how you charge, and minimum of references for 3 American-based clients. If you have not worked with at least 3 American clients I am sorry but this project is not for you. Attached is a sample set that I completed this week, this is similar in scope to most of my jobs. Most of my projects require only: As-built, demo, new floor plan, and electric. The cover sheet info I will fill in and the details + firewall repair pages do not need to be modified. Sometimes we also need a mechanical sheet and also a structural sheet if there are structural details required. LOOKING TO HIRE SOMEONE THIS WEEKEND TO START ON MONDAY!!!
