Model explaining when train data is/is not helping test data

Train files are used to provide predictions within test files.
Within excel I have a list of test files.
For each test file is either 1,2,3,4 or 5 train files are used (31 combinations).
Each combination leads to a different accuracy score.
Ensemble of five modelling techniques are used, so 5 accuracy scores.
This project is about explaining why certain train files help to improve accuracy of predictions on test files, and why other train files decrease accuracy.
For each test file and train file I have added scores on several characteristics.
The purpose of the project is to create a rough 'formula' to tell the impact of characteristics of train files to the accuracy of which they help to predict test files, based on the characteristics of the test files.
