Our company is looking for an experienced part time ( independent agent -1099 ) Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Two days per week with ability to increase as work load is increased and must be proficient Quickbooks Pro Edition (AR/AP/progress invoicing, etc.), Excel/MS Office Suite.
