Paste Data from one excel to second through vlookup.

Dear Freelancers. I have one excel sheet where I need to apply vlookup from second file. I will give you formula as well. you need to just paste that formula. In one sheet I have 1lac 50k rows and second has 8lacs data. I will give you formula as well. My system is working very slow. Remember if you high configuration system then apply otherwise you will be irritate. but work is very simple.
