I am looking for a virtual/personal assistant BASED IN GERMANY to help me with receiving and processing correspondence and orders, manage my tasks and help me in realizing my project. You need to have a good Internet access, ability to be online and communicate with me and my clients for at least 2 hours a day. It is a part time job position but the project promises to be for a long time and I am sure it can be a good start for something more. Thank you and look forward to your proposals. Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel and Word - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Email management - Order processing and correspondence processing online and in person - Must be accessible, online during agreed-upon hours Your qualifications: - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must Only German Freelancers are allowed to apply.
