Scrape public SEC data (10-ks, 10-qs, 990s) for Advertising/Marketing costs/spend

Essentially trying to find out how much each company spends on advertising and marketing, specifically digital (though most companies don't specify), and how much that amount has changed from last year and from last quarter. Also want to see how many third-party services they employ. 1. Pull data from quarterly and annual reports for all publicly traded companies in the US and set up feed that refreshes daily to pull from new filings that: 2. Extracts any instance of SG&A, 'selling, general, and administration', advertising, marketing, third-party, third parties, and the surrounding context (which will be either a financial table or a full section of text within an item) (case insensitive please) 3. Export into a csv or some other readable excel file 4. Should have columns for company name, sector, industry, market cap, and each cell for each company should have the extracted instance with full context 5. For SG&A or advertising costs or marketing costs, calculate the difference from the last year and this year in one cell and have another cell for this quarter minus last quarter 6. Bonus if you can add a column for the type of corporation (specifically interested in Benefit corps being tagged as such) 7. Do the same for public non-profits from Form 990 (text less necessary, more interested in Advertising/Marketing expenses and difference in spend between this year and last year which should be located in Part IX, Item 12)
