I have been working with excel for over 20 years, and using VBA for more than 10. I am interested to know what format the invoices will be in. If they can be manipulated directly in excel with a few macros, that would be the most straightforward solution. If not, there are some Python packages that can recognize text and data tables...once the data is in Python, the manipulation would be quite easy.
