Transform Excel worksheet into a website

The job is to make a web version of an Excel worksheet Inputdata are the blue cells Outputdata are the orange cells As webpages we have more flexibility to organize it than the simple worksheets, so let`s exploit it to make the pages more friendly. This is an application for users (engineers) to calculate the piles of a building. It needs: 1) Register/login system 2)Page to register a new building, including the following fields (not in the Excel): Name of the building, name of the city of the building, name of the country of the building 3) The form page to calculate each pile of the building where user can fulfil the inputdata (blue cells) -The fulfilment of these fields should be mandatory, except the E7 -The E7 if fulfiled will have its value repeated in every pile of its building -It is missing in the Excel the first field that should be for the name/number of the pile 4) A result page where the user can choose the building he wants to see. Clicking the building name leads to the list of piles with their data (blue and orange data) Each pile should have an edit button to change any of the blue data The E7 should have a field on the top to change its value (for all piles simoutaneously) Notes: Consider the name of the fields longer than the ones we have in the Excel.
