I know how to do this mail merge using VBA in Visual Studio. I am with the understanding that I need to read this excel sheet which has dynamically adjusting fields (variation) and perform a mail merge to generate the Letter of Demand. Do you want a Windows Form user interface?

In order to do this with the least amount of back and forth testing, it would be helpful to see as many examples of the tenant spreadsheets as possible. Afterwards, we can test the results by comparing them to past letters you have produced. Also, it would be helpful to know what kind of variations are to be expected in the spreadsheet. For example, will certain values always be in the same cell.
