VBA Excel Code. Generate the CSV file from Excel spreadsheet according to template

Goal:
Generate the CSV file from Excel spreadsheet according to template (order and default values of the columns). Formulas are converted into the values.
Milestones:
1. Generate CSV (with ‘;’ as separator) from current Excel data-sheet (formulas are converted into the values)
- Verify if the rows have the same value in a certain field (aggregation key)
- Changing the order of the column according to the template
- Allow have only some of the columns in the data sheet compared to the template. The column still will be generated in the CSV, but empty.
- Allow to have default values in the template for those columns which are not in the Data sheet.
2. Additional requirements to CSV file:
- Generate with the header/footer
- Generate CSV with a specific name
3. Generate only for the selected entries
4. Generate alternative CSV (other structure) (optional)
5. Log generated entries. Verify if there are duplicates (optional)
Milestones 1-3 are the scope of the project. The project ends with these 3 milestones unless we agree and extend it by 4th and/or 5th milestones.
