I need a simple excel file with 3 columns. Column A is a list of statements (approx 120 rows in total, divided into 6 sections, each with a heading) For each statement Column B needs a drop down list with a choice of fill colour, red, yellow, green and light blue and the words 'Not implemented' 'Partially Implemented' 'Fully implemented' and 'Not Applicable' respectively. Column C is for 'Notes'. The statements and headings will need to be copied and pasted from a website.
