I'm from a non-profit organization helping underprivileged children receive tutoring services. I currently use a standardized model that was built for a small business to budget my grant money and expenses and run the charity. However, since the model was built for a business, not a charity, there are some changes I need to make so the model can accurately project our financials. The project involves converting the business model into a charity model, and adding an output page that I can use as a report to my Board of Directors.
