Facebook Advertising for webinar registration for weight loss program

Hi! I am starting a small project BUT if it goes well, I will consider undertaking a steady, long-term relationship. I am going to launch a webinar for my weight loss program. It is a program comprised of workout videos and a meal planning app. This will be my first time marketing so I am going to be targeting a demographic that is similar to my background and story: 18-35, asian male/female, seeking weight loss, in the US. HOWEVER, I am open to other strategies that if convincingly presented, I will consider undertaking. I've only done 5 ad campaigns (worth less than $250) by myself so far for other projects. So I need the following from a FB marketer: 1) Someone that will present and explain their strategies and processes. 2) Proof of solid track record of satisfied customers. 3) A simple payment structure that makes sense. 4) Someone PROVEN to be safe with FB policies.
