Don't apply! **AS OUR MEDIA BUYER, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING** - Setting up and Launching Facebook Ads Campaigns - Analyze client campaigns - Campaign optimization - Campaign testing - Audience research and management (Competitors + Industry) - Facebook retargeting - Strategy and performance zoom calls with clients - Setting up pixels, custom conversions, tracking, etc.. - Ad Creation, including ad copy, properly placing ad creative(not creating it), and Facebook audiences **DAILY MANAGEMENT OF FACEBOOK ADS CAMPAIGNS ONCE THEY GO LIVE** - Managing the budget - Testing and optimizing - Killing under-performing ads / ad sets - Scaling top performing ones **COMPENSATION:** You get to decide what you feel you are worth on a per month per client basis within the questionnaire **INCENTIVE:** Friends Think I’m Crazy For This Incentive…Telling me 2-5% is enough...
