Social Media Management, Content and Marketing

Enlighten Up, LLC is looking for someone who can manage our social media, create relevant and meaningful content to target and increase visibility within our current community and expand to specific other communities. This can include finding or creating content. We currently use Hootsuite and have accounts in FB, Instagram, Pinterest, Esty and Ebay – with minimal activity in all but FB. Find, create and deliver: consistent social media presences (posts, content, etc.) throughout the calendar year. To build our community with in current audience, strategically move into other audiences and increase sales. We are a small publishing company, called Enlighten Up that complements our coaching, teaching, speaking and facilitation work. Not looking for a big or even small firm, but someone who is passionate about our products, business and goals, can provide 4-8 hours per month and would be willing to grow as we grow. Someone who understands the market/community we are in and those we want to get into enough to be strategic with social media, content building and use. Currently we pay monthly but that can be negotiated along with hours. We have a strong service ethic and as such have developed collaborations with rescue shelters and organizations, animal communicators and healers and offer a free memorial garden to celebrate our beloved pets that have transitioned. Enlighten Up is already connected with wholesale distributers in USA and CA that serve the body mind spirit sector, which reaches a % of all gift, book and potential stores. We have the capacity to be our own wholesaler as well. A significant number of small retail stores do not order from distributors, may order from trade shows or their own connections. We are also on Amazon. We are looking for international distributers as well. Statistics show our primary audience is the mind body spirit market, which is 45 and up and primarily uses FB. We create a monthly message (blog) and have a quarterly drawing for those subscribers. We would like to focus on creating content, live FB and more publicity as well as doing trade shows and strategies like that. We would like to better utilize SM to build our community, provide added value and strategically use for increasing sales by exposure, expanding our reach within and beyond the mind body spirit audience. Our decks have been used in education, coaches/therapist/human resource staff, by groomers/veterinarians and others. We would like to get the decks into one of these vector markets.
