The person would need the following skills / qualifications: - Be able to guide manufactures when creating accessories ranging from hair clips to hair bands. - Profoundly understand fashion trends - Be a creative mastermind - Be proficient in Excel We will launch 100+ different products a week, and you will need to keep up with that pace.
