Experienced Remote Cryptocurrency Trader

We are looking for an experienced Trader in the financial sector (does not have to come from a cryptocurrency background). ​ The successful candidate must have a proven record of trading the financial markets within an investment bank or hedge fund or relevant financial institution. Candidates must also be passionate, competitive, creative and critical thinker, who can capture trading opportunities, convert ideas, insights into trading solutions and pilot sophisticated trading strategies with analytical and technical trading skills. In this role, you will: Have an opportunity to apply your best-practices (risk management, technical analysis and portfolio management) from traditional markets in your new position. Developing strategies to improve profitability and create new investment opportunities; Qualities that make great candidates: ​ Passionate about cryptocurrencies and the role they play in the future of financial markets; An entrepreneurial, hardworking, self-starter with initiative and a desire to keep improving every day; Decisiveness with the ability to process complicated information quickly and accurately under pressure; Strong math aptitude, numerical and quantitative analysis skills. Pluses: Owns crypto and has traded crypto since early 2018. ​​ Actively involved in networking in the crypto trade community via the various social media platforms and actively engages as part of research. This includes platforms such as Telegram. ​​ Spends at least 3-5 hours each day reading crypto news and has been actively monitoring the market for the past 6 months. Requirements: Advanced technical knowledge in charts, understanding trends, and ability to manage portfolios. ​​ Minimum 2 years of company experience with trading in the financial markets. ​​ Needs to have a strong understanding of the correlation between the markets and price movements. Payment: - Payment will be commission based.
