I need this Flash banner to be clickable, ie have the clickTag working

I understand the code: on (release) { getURL([url removed, login to view],"_blank") }

but for some reason, won't execute on this .fla

The one nuance is that this banner, calls a custom code on the first keyframe and then loops infinitely from frame 2 to end.

Deliverable: I will send the file for you to take a look, and pay upon completion of the task. (I will accept only one bid at a time). Also, it has to be compiled in Flash 6.0, so that actionscript may be used.
