Flash animation

Im looking for somebody to produce a flash animation. To be very similar to the banner in [login to view URL] but smaller in size (1/2 size), to have 3/4 different text captions and 1 background colour throughout. It must be of the same quality as the example, and contain the same transitional effects, reflections etc. Payment will be made after previewing the banner. Other work could be available from the back of this.
