I need a flash slide show somewhat like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] this should be optimized t load quickly and use as little bandwidth as possible

Will also need 6 banners approximately 800 x 150 px somewhat like the one here http://www.cafepress.com/+posters I will supply product pictures, some may need to be isolated from their background.
