Creation of Flash Banner Advertisement

We require two flash banner (300x250 and 480x270 pixels), with a file size limit of 50kb-100kb (would finalize on actual kb later). The contents of both sizes going to be exactly same, just differ because of banner size. The animation will be of about promoting a grocery deal website where promotional messages and grocery brands would appear in sequence. Required messages and detail of design like border, etc would be further explained at later stage once awarded. I will provide some of the images required and if necessary you can share some relevant images... you will just need to make it look great as it must be attractive enough as going to be used for banner advertising.
