Cab Exchange homepage

I have a website that i have designed myself, now i just need someone to back end it for me in dreamweaver. Is quite small only 5 pages with a log in page. If this goes well i have another 3 sites that need to be back ended these sites will require data bases and automated forms and to be built consistently with each other. This isnt a design job more programme based however i am open to suggestions of some nicely placed flash.
