Flash Project Long Term
$2-8 USD / hour
We are looking for Experienced Flash Developers able to create flash animations, develop ActionScript 2 and 3 for interactive online content.

We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated and flexible people which should have the following knowledge:
- excellent Adobe Flash ( AS2 & AS3 )
- good: Adobe Photoshop layout design and photo processing; Adobe Illustrator layout design and vector editing and exporting for Adobe Flash
- medium: Adobe InDesign editing and exporting for Adobe Flash
- basic: HTML and PHP knowledge (knowledge of code structure)
- very good English knowledge (German is considered a big advantage)
- attention to details and creativity
- problem solving ability
- multitasking and communication ability
Work process:
We will have projects similar to this one presented above ( Saturn ). The projects will have about 18 pages ( not 24 ) and it is only about flash-programming, no design needed.
The workflow will be agreed from the very beginning, we will have clear deadlines and thus need flexible people because it might be that some projects will run simultaneously.
In order for you to have a better insight, one flasher should be able to create the expected animations ( similar to the ones in the examples ), for an 18-paged publication, in about 2 working-days.
There would be a training with specific requirements before starting the first project – which is expected at the beginning of May 2014.
We expect a continuous flow of projects till the end of the year.
