Flash Templates Need

I need 5 high quality flash templates, they most be very easy to edit for the clients(must be easy to edit the text and the pictures), it most contain 6-10 main sections, with 4 subsections each one of the main sections must contact 10 subsection, each main section must have a diferent picture, it most contain sounds for the animations, a background sound can help too, also it have to be all done by you, you can use stock pictures, i will ask for the sound loop files so i confirm you havent stole it or something like that, it most be a template that can fit a 800*600 screen resolution. And also it most contain a preloader, all must be in one swf, max size 700-800 kb.
