Blue Computer is seeking a designer to integrate our existing websites into one, user friendly, professional and attractive interface.
We currently operate a gaming centre, with seperate websites for an online store, and for a user forum. The store is nicely setup, as are the PHPBB forums. The main website has all the information we want, but is not particularly attractive.
Here's what we want:
1. Redesign existing main website to be more attractive and user friendly. The site should be in keeping with the themes of Blue Computer, as well as a gaming community which primarily plays games such as World of Warcraft and Counterstrike. This can be an original site or template driven.
2. Change colours and layout of the forums and store to match the theme of the main website, and integrate them more closely with the main site. Alternatively, the new website could match colours on either the forums or the store, which would decrease the work.
3. Provide a quote to setup a public webmail service on our server. This would be a system similar to hotmail, where a user could log in from home or the gaming centre and read their webmail. The important part of this is that it must be user driven: for example, if someone wants to setup a webmail account, they can do it directly without one of our employees needing to set it up for them. I'm not sure what programs can do this, but on my server I currently have neomail, horde and squirrel mail available. (this portion of the job may or may not happen, dependent upon price).
