freelance front-end web designer for various web projects

I'm looking for a freelance front-end web designer to come on board as a strategic partner for various web projects. This person will be responsible for two types of projects: 1. Various websites - mostly small company brochure sites. 2. To design new skins and layouts for content managed websites. The ideal person: An all round web designer - scripting is not needed but must know how to build in html/dreamweaver as well as design. - 3+ years relevant experience - Expert-level skills with web publishing and graphics software, including Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Ilustrator/Freehand, Fireworks and Flash (action scripting not essential). - Solid knowledge and skills with HTML and CSS Is an expert in web usability Has a creative flair Can give input/suggestions with regards to website content Must be reliable and deliver ontime Be capable of managing multiple projects Can manage a team if they are overloaded in order to deliver There are projects to start straight away.
