Modify existing game - Better AI / Better game state

I have a game on Steam that is a VR basketball game made in Unity. The game works right now, but I am looking for someone to update it with better AI logic and better game state management. For example, there is no back-court violations, no free throw logic, no fouls. The current game is pretty simplistic and I am looking for someone to help improve upon it.
Please have examples of AI work including some example of 3d game play work before.
Game is in VR, but you will not be required to play it or test it in VR. Really just need someone to work on game play and AI.
