I need a simple module for strategy game in java and libgdx

Hi bidders and coders! I need a simple, one screen libgdx based strategy game module with placeholder 3D graphics. The gameplay have to be similar to command and conquere or warcraft like games. I don't need the technology trees content, but simple technology tree system. Ordering of the groups of characters. Two race. Building of the buildings as a generators and RPG like characters system based all done in and on libgdx libraries and pure java only! We are looking for a well designed code, not a game! No 3rd party libs involved, just a clear java code for the core and desktop project as usual in libgdx games. The screen will show the map, minimap, list of the tree of the basic buildings, and list of characters. The UI doesn't have to be done, just a placeholder but the creation of multiple units and their commanding by basic commands: walk to, attack, stop, and defend. We will use gdx-ai for the characters, so we need you to use interfaces so we can connect our own AI solution to the characters! Characters should be done with artemis-odb lib and I need a pure and clean code following the best practices in OOP. For more details please let's chat. There is a possible extension of the future work and long term cooperation if candidate will fit and show us the ability to make functional clean and well designed code.
