We are looking for someone that has experience in gamification. We have several dozen English lessons which we would like to gamify. To apply, show us your portfolio of gamification projects completed, and give us a general idea of your rate. If you don't have a portfolio, then describe in detail how you would gamify a lesson on Grammar or Vocabulary. If you can present a working model, it'll be great. Please do not send canned messages. You will be ignored. Please answer the following questions before you present the proposal on gamification. [1] Why does the sun shine? [2] Do you think we live in peaceful times?

[1] Why does the sun shine? Scientifically speaking, the sun shines because of nuclear fusion when the sun turns hydrogen into helium at its core. We get to SEE it shine, because the earth rotates around its own axis and hence we aren't stuck in endless night. [2] Do you think we live in peaceful times? Depends on where you live on this planet. If you live in a nice cushy apartment surrounded by people you love and are oblivious to the suffering of the rest of the people on this planet, then yes. We live in a peaceful world. If you aren't like that, then we're still working towards that peaceful world and hopefully we'll get there eventually. Following are some ideas based on the project description. But I'd like to hear more about the kind lessons that would be conducted and the topics that would be covered as well as know more about the audience before going forward with the proposal. Please feel free to contact me regarding that. 1. Turn action items to quest - So assignments, tests, projects = quests 2. Distribute experience points instead of grades (and allow the students to level up) 3. Award badges and/or titles for completing certain actions - Full marks in grammar test = Grammar king Badge 4. Include mastery points and mastery levels - Noun mastery beginner, intermediate and master 5. Team work - If there's someone else working with you, you'd want to put in more effort and do better 6. Boss challenges - Exams with rewards for beating the boss
