My track record and experience as a Digital Marketeer and a Market research Intern and why i'll complete this porject in an efficient and accurate manner within the stipulated time at the lowest possible cost: Tracked, measured and reported on trends for sales team analysis and decision making. Performed market analysis and researched latest trends and pre-sales work on various start-ups across Bangalore, Gurgaon and New Delhi. Worked on a B2B sales project for a NCR-Delhi based Electric Vehicle (EV) start-up called Deltic. Primary role concerned with analyzing profitability, strategizing revenue across product channels, fixed & variable costs adjustment in order to minimize client expenditure. Worked closely with the client on understanding the supply chain characteristics, negotiating prices, advertising related segmentation, digital marketing & other contractual details under the guidance of the founding partner. Performed business research on R&D operating models at India-based GCCs for EY. Collected and analyzed information on Product Portfolio, Product Engineering Job Roles, Skillsets and Leadership Pyramids across R&D GCCs. Gained a good amount of exposure to B2B & B2C sales, Market analysis and Strategic operations.
