Edit, Manipulate, and Some Ghost Writing for Play Script

I have a 24 page script and a 40 page Novella that are the same story. I need the script to gel with the Novella. I am working backwards and there is so much chaos in pulling this together. I need someone focused, structured, creative and familiar with urban dialogue to pull these two pieces together. The script needs to flow from one scene to another. I have 4 focus points that I need help creatively to write and resolve.
This is not a rewrite just making sure the script matches and compliments the book. I need this done fairly quickly. Must be familiar with script writing. Current script has to be formatted for stage play.
