I am looking for a ghostwriter to help me write the answers to the questions below. Also, to rewrite my current bio for the internet in along the lines of achieving a management/leadership role. Please see attached resume. I have been on the leadership journey for a long time. I need help writing this new bio that would set me apart from the other. Some that captures my experiences but at the same time displays my leadership qualities and abilities. Also, my leadership style is more on the side of functional and direct, but at the same time my communication our positive, encouraging, and clear. See below the question in which I need help with: What steps have you taken in the past to ensure that quality expectation set by the customer are met? How would you keep your team motivated to meet established product goals? What metrics do you routinely monitor to measure the success of the operation?
