I am looking for a professional screenwriter to write a feature film script for me that can be somehow made into a movie at a studio. The genre is family/fantasy/sci-fi. It should be between 75 - 100 pages in length. It's an original movie that happens to star the character of Mr. Wogglebug who is a public domain character and originates from the book The Marvelous Land of Oz by L. Frank Baum. And I'm quite sure the book is available online. I just think it would be good character research in addition to my treatment. It's about how Professor Knowitall creates Mr. Wogglebug in Genoma as a human-insect hybrid who proves his theories about human nature and nature itself. He also saves the realm by discovering a portal to another world which is ours in which a little girl named Sylvie Harnois lives who befriends Mr. Wogglebug and they both end up learning a lot from each other through their friendship. I have a longer script treatment and character bios and rules for them written if anyone is interested in undertaking the project.
