Middleware converting http GET requests to REST calls -- 2

We are running several servers. Each server runs 0-6 instances of a specific program. We have to start/stop them using HTTP GET requests, the URI depicts which instance has to run or has to shut down. We need to group instances and have to start/stop groups by a single RESt call. The middleware must 'translate' the single REST call to one to several HTTP GET requests to one to several servers. For maintainability, the middleware must be developed in GOLANG
