3d Virtual environment using threejs and socket.io

i wish to create an online event portal where a group of 100 people can gather together and walk around the environment. there are 4 rooms which consist of some videos and audio and I need each of the people can experience it and keep a record of what all things user has experienced. need to ability to control the people inside the expeirence to be able to teleport to different rooms.
