Need to have a flat book cover image created with theme of business success

I'd like blue as the base color and complimentary colors.

The book cover needs to include the face of the book (flat) and the (vertical) spine

The dimensions are: 290w X 300 h

Here is the template for the face and the spine and some examples:

As you will see the dark red area is where the spine will go.

Again, I want the FLAT image, I do not want you to create the skew or the shadow.
