Moving Web banners - maybe html5

Work description
We need two web banners made in these sizes:
Web 300x200 px
Tablette 300x150 px
These should be crisp and high quality so if you are not awesome please don’t give your bid.
Banners should be made in html5 or similar - not flash.
The banners should advertise for these guys renting out houses. ([url removed, login to view])
The banners should contain the text:
“ATTRAKTIVE LEJEMÅL I HELE STORKØBENHAVN”
(This means “attractive apartments/houses for rent in Copenhagen”)
The logo + green buildings need to be shown, but all the subjects with links should be displayed also in an attractive way.
Banners should calmly browse between photos/linked subjects, logos etc.
These links should be put in on the respective subjects (houses/apartments for rent)
(so that each link gets active when banner has that subject active)
