Recreate designs in for printing

I require some mock designs recreated in several formats to allow for printing.
Mockups/designs are attached.
The templates needed:
1. Business card template, as per PDF 90mm (w) x 55mm (h)
2. Presentation Folder, as per PDF with a different template provided. when folded 220mm (w) x 319mm (h)
3. A5 flyer, as per PDF 210mm (h) x [url removed, login to view] (w)
All pictures, logos and styles will be provided as well as the colour schedule to the winning freelancer.
All the print formats need to be returned in AI, EPS and PDF
the AI and EPS is to be as is and not flattened.
Note: the logos and name are copyright of Hospitality Professionals and you will only have permission to do the work prescribed in this brief and not to use elsewhere, unless you have permission from the Managing Director.
