Electronic Graphic Notary and Seal Stamp Production

Need 2(two) HIGH quality images of notary and revenue stamp to be included in an electronic certification system. Quality must high enough to allow for print from document at the quality of the printed original. The Seal and Stamp are based on British rigged circle (red and white) and must conform precisely to stand paper based size in digital format (to be provide on selection together with size specifications). Details 3D effect is required; and explanation of intended approach is required. Only experience persons apply for this job.
