Need an app designed for both IOS and Android. The design should use a "steel plate" theme. Look here to understand what steel plate means: [login to view URL] The general layout is attached - NOT a game! Pretty Simple! There will be other pages as well. You can see it's not that complicated, and once you get the basic design down it's just making it for other pages. Delivered design should be in the format which is needed for app construction. Budget for this project is $30.
