I need a 3-d animated logo. ASAP

READ ENTIRE POST!!!! I am looking for a really creative talented graphic designer to design a 3-d color, animated logo for a site I need built. I need it in various formats, for print, color separated, I think 4 colors will be fine. I also need it in different versions such as 1 and 2 color vector for print, The name of the company is US Promos. I already have it in the ways described and may choose to keep it as is. But I am totally redoing my site, So I am looking for a different look. The freelancers skill and imagination should be a 10 out of 10. The site will sell all services including but not limited to, logos for promotional items, brochures, identity, web, mobile apps, anything to do with the subject. For 16 years I provided these services with a great team that worked for me from overseas and everything went very well. Until I got severely ill. I had to let my team go, and they all have great contracted jobs now and I am unable to rehire them, because I can not pull them away from where they are at, nor at this point afford them. I am again starting up and looking to create a team to work together as before. I am working on a couple of projects which if any work, it will greatly change my financial position. I am not looking for a company, rather a young ambitious and talented person to grow with me again. I am on a low, low budget, but there is other work to be done right away.
