Town Centre Production Drawing/Logo

Hi guys. I'm after a logo of sorts for a film production I'm helping a friend with. The production is called Town Centre. The illustrated logo I'm after is a depiction of a worn 70's external shop sign. I want it to look like 3D foam that is old and weathered and has had birds pecking bits off it, and bird poo on it etc. I want the letter 'e' to be barely hanging on by a little bit of remaining glue and one letter (the 'o' in town) to be missing all together. I'd like a bird to be nesting in the letter 'N' and some poo dripping down from where the bird nests. If possible I'd like to have the lettering look like it's fixed to the facade of a building - old seventies corrugated type thing. I have included a rough drawing of what I'm after, and a photo of the bird and the iron. At a later stage I will require an animated version of this, where the bird flys in and lands and then poops, but only quote for the drawing for now. This is not normal corporate logo design. You must be able to draw and have it drawn in illustrator. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN DRAW. Thanks guys!
