Brochure Editing + a matching Power Point Template

This is a two-fold branding project but fairly simple. First Part: Brochure Edits I need a two-sided brochure modified. You don't have to design anything but should be able to take the files and modify according to the following requirements. The design of the brochure is done for the most part (files attached). I need a designer to review the brochure panel file (attached here) and modify the brochure. The modifications include: 1- Changing images on front and back 2 - Changing text 3 - Adding new text It's a fairly simply project and I need it done as soon as possible (preferably in 24-36 hours). I will give preference to the vendors who are able to provide a mock up per requirements before a payment is awarded. Second Part: Based on the design of the brochure you should be able to create a PowerPoint template that we can use for presentations. The powerpoint should use the same color scheme and be able to accommodate our logo in a creative fashion. There is also potential for long-term graphic design projects. It's a fairly simply project and I need it done as soon as possible (preferably in 24-36 hours).
