Help me set up a PSD brochure layout for printing

I have a A4 trifold brochure design done already, i need to print but i need to make it ready for printing and apply some small changes, the designer who did this work didn\t do it well, i need you to move some block texts few millimeters away from the edge of the page. The folding areas are not well adjusted, that means the pages are not right sized. Please see the attached view, the content has been altered so just check the folding lines i need to correct, I have marked the folds by red lines. The front and last pages should be 100 mm by width and the page turning inside should be 97 mm.
i need you to convert the file to CMYK and finally save it both files back and front in one Pdf for printing purposes. easy and fast work can be done in two or three hours. i will send the psd files and more details to the chosen provider
