I need some Graphic Design for Poster

CREATE 1 template to catch the attention of customers in a training facility. The poster needs to eye catching to catch the attention of the customer. I want the same exact poster as in the example. But i want you to add a better 3d graphic to the poster to make it eye catching to the customers. also replace the picture reel that has 4 pictures with the 4 in the dropbox. All pictures background has to be cut out. The word Dominate has to be in 3D and popping off the page.

Last you have to come up with the main image the guy who is jumping in the example poster. You have to replace him with someone similar who face has a look of toughness and hard work or you can use the picture with the yellow man shooting in the dropbox. But because the picture not hi resolution you might want to retouch to bring it out. Thanks
