Build a Website

Looking for a website designer, that will be willing to make a new game site one step at a time. This site will need to be easy to modify and easy to add add-ons. Step 1; Secure Registration / Login System using php 5 (5.6 preferred) and mysql Step 2; When a user logs in there are redirected to their dashboard. On the dashboard there will be a 5x5 square map, each square will be 64x64 pixels each, at the center on the map is where the user is located. The User will be able to move around the map by clicking anyone of the 5x5 squares, once they click a square their location will be updated in the database so that next time they login they will continue from that location, also the main map will be bigger than 5x5 the users will only beable to view a 5x5 part of the map at a time. I would also like it if every other player can be see able on the map, when there is more than one player on the same spot the last one there will be shown on the display.
