Build a Website

Good afternoon, I am looking for a highly experienced dev, or team, to complete a very large site project for me. The site will require the functionality as listed below. - The site will be a standalone, multicurrency, multilanguage system with automatic conversion and built-in translation engines which is similar in usage as Etsy and Zibbit - Implement a caching system for site components - Ability for Guest checkout, no registration required - Member ability to create discount codes that can be named - Admin ability to create site-wide discount codes - Each item will have a product description, including up to 6 images, materials used, tags and shipping information - Member's ability to ==> place their items On Sale and/ or as Coming Soon (not available to buy until specified date is reached) - When - Ability for member's to put/ list items for Auction - with standard Auction features as you would expect - The language and currency displayed will automatically set to users through IP Geolocation. There needs to be a way for user to alter/ set this easily and quickly - payments via Bank transfer, Cash on delivery and PayPal (both PayPal AND credit cards) - Unlimited number of users, stores, categories, sections and items per shop - Categories, and sub-cats, can be administered from Admin Panel - Ability for members to sell both tangible and digital products (auto downloaded upon payment) - Have video preview for products - Set Featured products and the cost for this - Have enabled Variations, Shipping options as required and Pickup options - Banner ad system - enables managing banner ads around the website, - Integrated blog page on site - Each shop created can have a profile image and a banner image - Each time a member Joins they will be asked if they will like a stand-alone site. If Yes, then the site will go through the process of creating a new site for them ala basic version of Big Cartel ([login to view URL]) The options available for site creation will be limited but they. Once site is created, it will have a shop. This shop will be an iteration of their 'main site' shop - Users can sign-up, login and share through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, - Function of searching, and filtering, products by price, destination country and city, country of origin, color or type - Built in Google Analytics Pro functionality for Admin - Ability for members to implement Google Analytics code in their 'membership/ shop/ account' - CDN connection and AWS suitability The Admin Panel would need to cover off all of the functionality required to maintain the site and get all of the statistics required to run a large site with thousands of users; 100,000's of images and hundreds of transactions a day. This would need to be installed on my server when finished. You will also need to factor in the provision of support, and completion of any tweeks, for issues which occur over the first three months - this does not include any new features/ function, just supporting what has been done. I don't mind if this is based on a current dev platform, such as Magento, or developed in PHP. If PHP it would be preferable for it to be built using CI or Yii. I have the majority of the pages already designed, so you don't need to cater to this aspect of site design. I will only be awarding this project if a quality dev bids a quality figure to create a high quality product. Please be sure to specify a correct time-line for this work, as if you win and have bid three months, and we get to three months but you are half done, I will cancel the project and any milestones; unfortunately I have been burnt by freelancers before.
